How Air Freight Is Priced
Airlines charge on chargeable weight: whichever is higher between actual weight (kg) and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight = Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 6,000. Dense cargo pays on actual weight; light, bulky cargo pays on volume. We calculate both and apply the correct rate.
