Tracking and Documentation
Every shipment receives a tracking number with live status updates. Delivery is confirmed by electronic proof of delivery (e-POD): recipient signature, timestamp and GPS coordinates. If a delivery attempt fails, we notify you immediately and arrange re-delivery or alternative pickup.
